Hi,
I'm developing a framework for integrating Rich Internet Applications to Java Enterprise back-ends easier and
I'm evaluating Space4J to create a lightweight user-capabilities management module.
In few words I want to create a database where to save Users and the actions they can execute without
having to use a relational db. Do you think Space4J can be a good solution?(It seems a stupid question if I make it to the developers,
but I hope I can receive a fair opininion).
I was also reading licensing stuff and I found this:

What you cannot do with this license:
Incorporate the Space4J source code, modified or unmodified, into your own application without making your application open-source with the LGPL. (Contact the author if you are using a different license)

I think I will release my framework under GPL license (even if have not decided yet), and I wouldn't like to change my work licensing because of Space4J.
I wonder if it's possible to release a software which uses(but doesn't modify) Space4J, under a different license.
Anyway Space4J seems to be a very interesting project. Congratulations and thanks in advance for any response.

Sorry for the late response.

Yes you can use Space4J with your license. No problem...

See the PhoneBook example to have an idea how you can easily persist objects with Space4J. Then decide if you want to follow that approach instead of the standard relational database approach.

That's good!
I saw the examples and they seem very clear and useful.
Thank you very much!
